paint job for 240sx

aproximately how much $$$ is it for a paint job? I think a previous owner painted my 240sx and it looks like crap. Pls reply. Also, is it expensive to fix those very small little bumps on doors, fenders, etc?

Painting a car can range from 300-5,000...all depending on quality of work and products. You can buy cheap products/paints, and ask the best painter in the world to do the job, and it will still be a crappy job. Do not go cheap on this, because you do get what you pay for. If it is the stock body and you want to return to the stock color...i would say around 1000 for a decent job. But go to some local paint shops and ask what kind of paints they use, and look at some of their work. Also ask them about their warranty on the paint. That is the best thing you can do to make a decision.
