paint ideas

Hey everyone. I'm wanting to paint my 240, it's a '89 hatch with 92 240 front. I am trying to get the fender extensions, front lip and will be taking off the spoiler. I will be selling it but I'm not sure what color to paint it. what is a color that everyone would agree on? Also if it helps, it will be lowered with eibach pro kit. Ka24e with new head and all new gaskets. With gun metal/ charcoal gray wheels 5-lug wheels.

I just finished painting my car, I did all the work myself using Eastwood's Urethane primer, a color coat, and then their clear. It came out awesome and didn't cost nearly as much as something like PPG or HOK which is ridiculously priced!

I went with Midnight purple from the R33 and I love it, looks awesome in the sun.



I also had my car Bayside blue for a while, then IS300 dark grey for a few years too. All awesome colors, but I like the Midnight purple best

If you are selling it keep it OEM no use painting door sills and under hood a different color. If you paint it a different color I suggest UPS brown mettalic.

well right now it's multi-colored. silver body. red fender. grey fender. white bumper. this is why I want to paint it.
