Just got finished waxing and noticed the paint is cracked where the drip channels meet the roof. It's painted as one piece and the drip channels are integrated into the roof. i can clearly see that it's not supposed to be cracking and there is already a half inch long chip. Also the wiper cowl is faded and is starting to have zebra stripes. Do these sound like warranty issues? I bought the truck new 07/08 and it has a build date of 07/07 and has 23,5?? miles on it. Don't know if any of these factors make a difference. Has anyone delt with nissan on body/paint issues?

I agree! I've got an 01 with zero cracking or flaking.

brought the truck to the dealer and the parts/service director helped me personally. he said he would warranty both problems no questions asked. i'm gonna have to schedule when we get the truck repaired to fix my wife's recent feder bender. same body shop is gonna do everthing. repaint whole front bumper, rear bumper, and trailer hitch along w/ a new gauge cluster. she was smoking when she got rear ended and the cig. landed on the gauges burning a nice hole in the lense. will post before and after pics. camera broke last week.
