Paint cracked

The other day as I waxed my 07 G35 coupe I found a small crack about 1/4" on the paint by the left side of the emblem on the trunk lid, the paint is peeling off, strangely, on the right side, symmetrically, there is a pimple with cracked paint on the tip. I looked inside the lid, right behind the emblem didn't see anything pushing against it. Has anyone of you seen anything like this.
