My car is 3 weeks old and before I took delivery I noticed some imperfections. I took the car back to have it detailed and again the did a crappy job. I just had a friend who details try to clay bar the one blemish then use scratch x and buff out. Didnt work .I have more of these spots on my hood and doors. What should I do next? They are not big but bother me because it was a new car. I also really dislike the dealer I bought the car from. Do I go back there or can I go to another dealer?

I have some blemish on my gray rogue before delivery, but being grey it is not as obvious as maybe with a white rogue, so I did not really make a big deal out of it. I think those blemishes are under the clear coat (I clayed and waxed my rogue after taking it home and those did not come out), so unless you want to repaint everything, I am thinking you're out of luck (unless you had some agreement with the dealer, preferrably in writing, that they WILL remove those paint imperfections).

Well it was noted in paper that I had some blemishes nad the one on the door is still there. The salesperson remarked that it would have to repaionted if I wanted but these are over the entire car. Doesnt the car have a 3/36 waranty including paint?

Well if in your bill of sale it states that the car comes with some blemishes, then you could be hooped. Perhaps the price you negotiated took into account the paint blemsishes (as the contract is written), so you may have to deal with this out of your own pocket, but it really depends on the details of the contract. Read it over and let us know....

My iridium Graphite Rogue has some blemishes on the roof as well. The dealer offered to repaint it, but I really don't want to have the roof repainted. I had hoped it could be polished out, but it's in the paint. Almost like something was on the surface when they painted and it reacted with the paint. Most people don't notice it, but I do. I just prefer to not have a new vehicle painted. It's never the same.

By dislike do you mean just the salesman or the whole dealership? If it was just the salesman, I would stick with the dealership that sold you the car; the salesman has no control over the service/parts department. I think they will take better care of your vehicle knowing that it was bought there. If the service is bad, take it elsewhere!
