Typically, my experience has been that a header on most Nissan engines is more of a hassle than it's worth. Leaks, poor fitment, heat, a MUCH louder exhaust note, etc. aren't worth a few horsepower to me.

The factory manifold actually flows pretty well. Ideally, a good straight-through resonated catback with a larger downpipe makes just as much (if not more) power on a naturally-aspirated KA.

If you must, they're both pretty decent, but nowhere near as good as the HotShot (no longer available). I'd lean towards the smaller primaries for street use.

Really depends on where you want your power band and other modifications.

I'd look into this one here. http://www.isisperformance.com/isis-per ... 4de-91-98/

Personally, I have a DC Sports header on my KA. What I noticed most about it was how it shifted the powerband up.

meaing the pacesetter header then test pipe that matches the collector which is a 2.5'' and then to match the hks hi power 409 exhasut. Would that be a good exhaust setup with header having a little smaller tube primaries?

I have no clue in the size of the primaries for the ISIS header, just e-mail them and ask.

It won't make much of a difference on a stock KA. Bolt ons do nothing really...so just pick whatever you can get your hands on.
