as far as NOPI, i cannot go, I have to be in the UTi area a week in advance to move in and all that, so there wouldnt be time for it, which really pisses me off

and as far as morning or afternoon classes yet, i do not know. I havent scheduled them yet and probably wont until late august

That snowball stand is really in a good spot. Definitely convenient for the DC and Baltimore guys, and I think for the SE PA, and DE guys too.

I know of a snowball stand in central MD, but highly doubt that its the same one. If it is, well damn, that'd be really supprising. I digress.
