Ok, so I recently got an s14 and I need to have it inspected in pa. It has a KA with a t3/t4 turbo. The exhaust mite be an issue not not sure. Would this be ok for pa standards? Does anyone know anyone in pa that is lenient on passing cars?

97 and older is visual only for emissions in pa.

95+ will require a scan. Most cases they just check to see if you have a CEL on. The exhaust wont cause any issues. I have passed many cars(and all legit, no "gray area" sticker slapping) with modified exhaust. Though a modified exhaust system, technically is illegal in the state of PA, it is NOT an inspection item. Just like tint. You can pass inspection with tint, but johnny-law can still give you a citation for it.
