I need the location of the relay that controls the Electri Throttle motor, please i thought it was on the IPDM and had a new ipdm change but yet still keep on reporting same fault code P2103... ETC MOT Pwr, please i need the location where exactly this relay is hidding, now when i clear the fault code from the ecm, the car opens alright but soon, it being check back and when i clear the fault code too, and i check data stream or live data, i see the throtle relay being set ON, but when i turn key off and turn on, it does not come up or turn on, until i clear fault code

The relay is integrated into the IPDM E/R. It looks like you're going to need to get the volt ohm meter out and do it the old fashioned way.

Go here^^
page 459 and 460 describe how to with a volt ohm meter. 458 has a wiring diagram to illustrate the circuit. essentially the circuit should have continuity between the connectors of each individual wire. if it doesn't there will be continuity to ground or to another wire. If I personally back probe a wire I would use a smaller wire (about the diameter of the spring in a pen or the metal wire in a twist tie) with one end wrapped around the probe, this is usually small enough to get to the spade in the back of the harness connector, and check for voltage. I believe in the manual there are only two steps you would need to do this for. if you have already replaced the IPDM E/R and all the wiring checks out you might need a new ECM, not to say go and get one, there are other variables that could have an effect, after the above I personally would need the car in front of me to start with a multi system symptom diag.

thank you morgan, for keeping up with my issue, well i have changed the ecm, and done all wiring probe test and all prove right, the only thing that i did not get is, test pin 1 and 4 on the ecm,, with pin 1 that is blue, key turn onshift liver shifted to D, and now grounded negative to battery and using positive tip to check terminal 1, while acc padel is pressed down, but i do not get no reading from it and when i checked pink terminal on 4, and released pedal, there is no reading on the digital meter,

So, the problem is resolved, or no?

morgan, the problem has being solved, it was caused by melted wire that is connected to the throttle wire in the harness E8 and F8, so i untaped all the bulked cable and removed the wire and replaced it

Well done! The illusive cross short... tricky little bastards.
