P1320, P1140, P1145

I work at a small used car lot and we got a good looking 01 Pathfinder with 140k miles on it. It keeps coming up with 3 check engine codes:

P1320 - Manufacurer control ignition system or misfire

P1140 - Manufacurer control fuel air metering

P1145 - Manufacurer control fuel air metering

I saw in the FAQ what the codes are and searched about the Intake Valve Timing Control Position Sensor but didn't see anything about having all 3 of those codes together.

If I clear it out (cheap obd scanner like autozone has) it comes back on pretty much the 1st time you crank it back up.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I just went through the same problems/codes. Check out the sticky forums about these codes. Also there is a topic posted with pictures if you read down the forum. Big help!
