P1320 code

I am having troubles getting my 1998 Q45T to pass emissions. The knock sensor has been replaced as well as all 8 ignition coils and I still get a P1320 code. This causes the check engine light and TPS/Slip lights to come on. If I clear the code I have 3 monitors that stay incomplete: catalyst monitor, O2 monitor, and EGR monitor. I have driven the car over 100 miles to no avail in attempting to complete a drive cycle. Any suggestions?

I checked the diagnostics for this code in the factory service manual. Another possibility for this code's cause is a defective Camshaft Position Sensor or it's circuit.

There is also a procedure for checking the coils and their circuit...
