P1147 Error Rear Oxygen Sensor

Hi all, I wonder if you can help.

My 2005 350z seems to be not running correctly and I need to get up to higher revs to get any power out of it.

I ran a diagnostic and got the P1147 fault, Ho2s2(B1) which seems to be the rear oxygen sensor.

Would this make sense that this error is the fault, I was going to buy the rear oxygen sensor and have a mechanic fit it but just worried that it might be a different issue?

it could you have to start with whats wrong though for sure then go on from there
