P1145 Code

Hello all,

I was hoping you could help me with my M45. I have a 2006 M45 Sport and last night the SES light came on and I had a family mechanic run the OBDII codes. The codes came up as P1145 which is the Intake Valve Timing Control Position Sensor (RH). My mechanic is leaving on vacation and does not have time to service my car.

Does anyone have the part number to this sensor, both right and left? If someone would be kind enough to show me a diagram of where this sensor is located on the engine, I would like to try to tackle this myself instead of taking it to the stealership.

Also, is it safe to drive without causing any damage?

Thanks for all your help! The car is also idling at 1k now instead of it's normal 500rpms or so.
