P1140 Error - 2001.5 Pathfinder with Infiniti Engine

Looking for advice on replacing both of the sensors even if only one has failed - any comments or past experiences ? As best as I can tell the days of these being in the 70.00 range are long over, I'm seeing quotes locally in San Diego for over 120.00 apiece ...

Heading out on the road and there won't be any parts store on the way, it's a 2003 Infiniti (yes, same engine as the Pathfinder for the year) motor with about 35K miles on it ....
