P1140 Code and Replacement

Car: 2002 Nissan Pathfinder

Got the P1140 code when going through inspection. Want to change the part and just need a little help clarifying where it is located. Also, any help to the best and easiest way to get to the part to replace it would be greatly appreciated. Is this the correct location and part? Thank you

Easiest way to get at it is taking out the battery, its towards the front of the engine.
