p1121 after new thottle body install

Hello,

So after doing tons of research and a trying to fix this problem for a few months i have had enough and need to post.

I have a 2004 Infiniti g35 auto.

I replaced my throttle body after the car keep stalling out on off ramps. I have tried unplugging the battery for 12 hours to clear out the ECU. Then doing the Accelerator released position learning, followed by the throttle valve closed position learning, followed by the idle air volume learning. Still after all the effort for about 2 months the P1121 code keeps coming back causing me to start over again. I have a re manufactured throttle body I bought 2 months ago for $180 does this mean this is also a bad one? I am almost feed up enough to take the car to Infiniti so they can rip me off just to let the problem go away. I'm getting 14 mpg after new spark plugs and yes I went through the programming after i changed the plugs (stock ngk double platinum) and was getting 23mpg for about 2 weeks. I don't know what to do.

Not sure...but if you're getting that kind of MPG, I'd have a dealer look at it. Are you getting any missfire? I'd say the problem is with ignition.
