P1110 code Again Please Help.

Hello, my check engine light just came on and I had it checked at AutoZone and the code was p1110. The thing is about 3 months ago I had the code p1135 come up and had the sensor replace 2 times. Finally they told me it was the selnoid. So I had that replaced. I also had p1110 come up before and and that sensor replaced about 6 months ago. I had the dealership fix it before but I was wondering if this is something I can fix easily myself or if I should just take it to the dealer again. I've already put about $500 into this because of the sensors and selinoid. Also how important is this part to have fixed. Please HELP! I would appreciate it. Thank you.
