Hey everyone new to the forum.. I have a 2007 G35 sedan journey model auto. 2007 145k on the motor..
The problem I am having is with the p1084 1/2 CEL code I downloaded the infiniti service manual and looked at the troubleshooting for this code comes back as a EVT sensor bank 1 and 2 so I changed both with OEM direct sensors and while I was at it I changed both CPS sensors and changed the crank shaft position sensor all OEM direct replacements checked the wiring and took a meter to the plugs and sensors reset the ECU via the gas pedal / start button method also relearned the gas and throttle position and this code keeps coming back the rpms don't seem to be high and the motor doesn't shut off or act funny.. I read the manual again and it says it could be the EVAP sensor also but I'm at a total loss it's a real pain in the butt does anyone have any suggestions thanks in advance.. And this motor has the sensors on top of the block valve covers not on the back like the previous G motors no angled or a strait sensors. Non high rev motor.
