P0740 Code on 2000 Infiniti I30t

I tried searching the forums for this code. There's no discussion regarding what the problems are or their fixes.

Any information is much appreciated.

I also have another post regarding a P0430 code. Would it have any relation with the P0740 code? Both codes came up during a scan.
