P0446 and P0440 codes

I got these codes-P0446 and P0440. Am told there is an o-ring that might be bad on the purge valve? I looked at the FSM and couldn't find it. Anyone have a better pic of where it would be located?

I already replaced the gas cap, since it was bad. I cleared it and it came back on today along with my P0420 and P0430 codes. Which I was told were the catalytic converters/02 sensors which I do need to replace.

Did you use an OEM gas cap?
