So Im working on this 96 240sx, trying to get it to be smoggable after being turbo'd. Everything was taken off, and the stock parts put back on. Trouble code p0443 pops up. I replaced the PCV, yet the code still pops up after a short time driving. Can anyone give me some tips as what to check to get rid of this code? thanks.

pcv is for positive crankcase pressure. Your hunt begins with the charcoal canister, your gas cap, and other gas fume control devices. Did you hook up the vac to the charcoal canister or tighten down your gas cap sufficiently?

I don't even think the car has a charcoal canister, unless I am mistaken.

Gas cap is definitily tight.

That car should definitely have a charcoal canister. As per the 70's with legislation, there should be no cars in the US without that bit of equipment. No venting gas fumes to the atmosphere. If you're missing that, you've already found out why you're getting that code.
