P0430 Code Catalytic Converter in bank 2...... Wat can i do??????

The code went off and i have a friend with a Snap-on code reader so we checked it out and that was the code i got. waht are my options to take care of it?

Here are the options i heard......Nissan can reprogram the computerReplace the O2 sensorreplace the precats

First off, how much would that crap be?

Could this be the start of my performance mods and do a y-pipe? if so, would I need to replace anything else with that mod?
