P0400 Trouble code after replacing Clutch

Had clutch replaced in my 1997 sentra. Check Engine light came on after clutch installation. I reset by removing battery terminals but check engine light came back on next day after driving for 30 miles. My question is the P0400 code says EGR Flow Malfunction. Does anyone know if problem is usually the EGR valve,EGR Temperture Sensor or the EGR Solenoid Vavle? Also could the machanic that did my clutch cause the check engine light to come on? Thanks
