P0345 SES help

Just pulled a P0345 Camshaft Position Sensor (Phase) Circuit (Bank 2) off of my 04 maxima. I need help figuring if its the one on the front or rear of the engine. I replaced the one on the rear of the engine already, but im not sure which trouble code it was.
