Those codes could be false alarms related to the starting issue. See here:

P1335 code is essentially the same issues.
The fact that jumping the battery got you started makes me think that's the place to start checking. I guess I'd make sure that you are getting 13.4 volts or so from the alternator at idle (major accessories, lights off). If the alternator checks ok, I would take the battery down and get it load tested. While the battery is out, crawl under the truck and tighten the connections on the starter solenoid - those do get loose at times.
If all those are good, then it may be time to think starter.
I had to do both alternator and starter this spring - both went at the same time. The alternator was putting out 12.8 volts - just enough to keep the charge light off, but not enough to charge the battery for cold cranking. After I did the alternator, the starter still didn't work right. Lets hope your problem is a little simpler.
