P0325, P0330, P1105 after replacing knock sensors

So since I purchased the car over a year I have had a P0330 (Knock Sensor) code and a lifter tick but no check engine light. A few days ago I finally got around to replacing both knock sensors. I also replaced the spark plugs and any brittle vacuum lines. After putting everything back together the car runs better than before and my lifter tick is gone but I know have six codes and the check engine light is on

P0325 and P0325 pending
P0330 and P0330 pending
P1105 and P1105 pending

Could these codes clear themselves after a drive cycle? If not then what should my next step be? I have driven about 45 miles since the repair.
