the airflow meter is crapping out. there is an updated part # and a ECM reprogram.
look on the side of the airflow meter[side closed to engine] There should be a part number printed on it in gold letters kinda hard to see with out additional light. If it ends in -AD200 you need to have it replaced. Have the dealer bring up Injector pulse widths B1 and B2,and both Bank front o2 sensors,as well as the maf, in the consultII factory scann tool.have them take it out on a road test and moniter those items. On a full throttle accel the injectors should peak at almost 12ms pulse width. If on your road test you see the air flow meter reading up around 3.89volts and the injectors at 7to 10 ms the O2 registering full lean your airflow is done. have the updated airflow put in and have the updated ECM program burned in. I think the new part number ends in -5Y001. It runs for about $120 plus their labor charge.
