p0161 code 2001.5 pathy

driving smoothly since I got it....today the SES went on...pulled this code...

But the weird thing i have 2 of them the other is "pending" (same code) as I read it from the obd scanner

what sensor is this and is this an easy fix? TNX!

Replace the driver's side post-cat (downstream) oxygen sensor with this Bosch direct-fit sensor from Advance Auto Parts. Bosch is the manufacturer for the OEM sensor. Order online and use discount code VISA and pick-up in store to get the sensor for $50 before tax. You'll need a 22mm or 7/8" oxygen sensor socket for replacement.

Yes, driver's side. It's very easy to spot the sensor. See tips on replacing the O2 sensor here.
