Code is for coolant temp sensor reading too low for a certain amount of time.

Replaced Coolant temp sensor. Wont clear.
Replaced thermostat and coolant. Wont clear.

Used OEM parts. Tried the pedal code read/reset method and the autozone code reader. Neither work.

Only other causes I can think of are wiring or computer issue. Anyone have this before? Or tips to clear code without dealership help? Thanks

That could be correct. But another plausible cause is an aftermarket remote starter. Do you have one in your car?

No remote start. Very little mods done.
Lowered. Axle back exhaust. Backup cam intergration.

Code cleared after about a week of driving. Sensor and thermostat changed.

That's good news. Maybe it needed some time to wear in and clear the code. Hopefully it doesn't come back
