P0120 Code

I found many bad spots on my TPS and was getting a stutter at 65mph. Replaced the TPS and now I am getting a
P0120 Code which say there is a short. I find 5Volts until I connect it then only .25MV
I dont have any kick down passing on my automatic. Does anyone know why or what may be shorting out tps.
When I was un pluging the top Plug on TPS i was hearing clicking down by trans..

Transmission Control Module clicking maybe?

Maybe the replacement TPS is bad as well.
