I've seen this problem on alot of boards and havent really found an answer or reply for it at all. Was wondering if you guys were familiar and could help me. I've had the code reset but it comes back instantly. I have an aftermarket intake I was going to try as well to see if that clears the engine light, currently using stock. Seems so simple. Is there any problem driving the vehicle with this code? Thanks in advance

Is your intake dry or oiled?

Are you sure you haven't damaged the MAF??

Check the resistance across pins 5 and 6 of the sensor. At 77 degrees F, the resistance should be between 1.8 and 2.2 ohms. If it's a lot higher or a lot lower, the sensor is probably bad. Otherwise, there are some other troubleshooting steps listed in the FSM.

Cool thanks sir, dont mean to sound like a retard but what's FSM? I replaced the intake with an aftermarket one and it was fine for a short time, then the code popped up again. I'm preparing to go visit my parents so as of right now my biggest concern is driving with this sensor problem. Is it a big issue, cause any future issues? I'm thinking to just replace the damn thing
