my friend is removing the p/s and a/c compressor from his rb25 and was wondering what size belts he needed for replacement or if he had to leave them on.

i dunno if i am unlear of if anyone understands what i am trying to say. he wants to have the motor without the p/s and a/c but wants to makes sure it is ok to remove everything and have it run fine. i told him it should but thought i would get the answer from the conscenious first before he does anything to it.

Removing them and the belts will not cause any problems or cause it to run poorly. The only belt left connected (besides timing) will be the alternator.

As long as he doesn't overtighten that belt, everthing will be fine, and he will probably gain a few hp.

Yeah if you pull the ps and ac off then you just need to run the alternator\water pump belt
