P/N Confirmation, 2" lift and Death Wobble Fix

I did some research, but was hoping for Part Number confirmation.

I read a post about the 4x4parts.com Deluxe Suspension kit having possibly a wrong part number and snapping... got worried, so, going by part number.

Death Double Fix plus 2" lift 'kit.'

Opinions, suggestions? Especially what Additions?
