The C1130 isn't an actual fault, it's just the ABS reacting to the engine going limp. However, the C1124 is serious. It's a bum ABS actuator (lefthand rear in), and those are inside the ABS block. Your ABS unit is toast.
P0102 (mass airflow) along with P0113 (intake air temperature) often means a bad ground to the MAF, since the MAF and IAT are an integrated assembly. They have separate power but share a common ground wire. P0462 might also indicate a bad ground or a bad fuel sender. However, the '07~'09 Quest had a fuel gauge issue involving incorrect processing of the sender signal. There was a recall which added a T-harness with an amplifier into the back of the cluster. You should check with a dealer if that was ever performed on your ride. If not, that might be your problem and the fix will be free. The bulletin number is NTB15-071, you can view it here:
