Ok, so I bought a kia for my girl to drive. Its a 2001 kia sephia ls. I changed both o2 sensors the other day. They're universal so they had to be wired. Now after the car is warmed up and turned off for a few minutes, I start it back up and a few minutes later my check engine light came on. So today I purchased an OBD2 reader and it gives me two error codes, one for each o2 sensor heater.

Theres 4 wires, white/white/black/grey which are heater/heater/signal/ground. Since my error is with the heater could that mean my heater wires are just connected backwards or does that even make a difference? I have been searching for the harness layout, no luck, but during my search I had seen one harness that had their heater wires labled "heater/heater(ground)"

Im at work and will be tomorrow but its an adult shop so I have free time to mess with it here. I should be able to test the plug itself for voltage to determine each one, right? So if anyone has any useful information, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

No one? Well Ive taken some readings and what I got were 14v/0.7v/0v/0.25v I've connected it multiple ways, basically every way possible wihle keeping the 14v on one of the two sensor heater wires so it didn't burn out on the signal wire. Every way I tried, I got new or the same error codes, p0130,p0131,p0135,p0138,p0141. I'm thinking maybe the car just wont use "any" type of o2 sensor, probably a stock brand (denso/bosch?). Still waiting for any suggestions, thanks.

I am looking for the diagram as well, but so far, no luck. I would definitely have the 02 sensors checked and look into replacing them with the OEMs.
