I have a few coworkers that use OxyELITE Pro and seem to have good results with it. Just curious to see if any of you guys have tried it and what your results were.

Thanks!

I am just starting it, and believe me, it does give you a ton more energy. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice weight loss with it, but it'll give you the energy you need to burn calories. Just make sure you stay hydrated, because it's a thermogenic, which means it will make you warmer than normal, making you sweat more.

make sure you follow the instructions, it must be done and cycles and should not be taken for too long of a time. I began using it sometime into starting crossfit with serious dieting. I did not notice much of a change beside the initial 3-5lb loss from water weight. After that, it just kind of made me really uncomfortable and schvetty.
