Holy crap!

Where did you see that? I personally find it sadistically funny as I hate the new Hummers and in a state like Kansas where you see them everywhere and there is obviously no need for them, it is just stupid to have one. Also, they're ugly. One actually tried to race me the other night. Apparently he forgot what his car was for and what mine is for.

Apparently the Hummer had hit 3 cars prior to hitting the Ram, still it did get oWned. And I definately agree with everyone else about despising those things. Ugly and big no worse combination.

The majority of the frontal damage looks to have come from that quite beefy dodge though

Actually... I"ve heard that the hood and certain other body parts on the original hummer tend to shatter. I believe they are Kevlar or maybe a type of fiberglass... they take bullets well, but shatter when hit in a collision.

Hmm, seen a wreck tween an old hummer and a new 2 dr blazer head on bout 30-35 mph hardly any damage to the humma.

I dont know how often they shatter but there are a good number of sites that show hummer 1 crashes. If i can find it i'll post it. Hummer vs Brick wall and Hummer vs geo metro are the 2 best.

The new H2's make me sick every time I see one. To take an implement of war and turn it into to a piece of yuppie crap!

At least the jeep lived up to its military history with the CJ's and wranglers.

If I pay money for a Hummer, it would be MILSPEC. Not these gay monster of an SUV.

did you know: H2 is a slightly modified Tahoe chassis. Not a real bruiser, although it's supposed to *look* like it. Ride comfort and on-road handling are the strong points of the chassis, as you don't see too many business-suit-types out muddin their new Chevy Tahoe.....

Well lets not go that far... the current Vettes are bad *** as were the latest Camaro SS's and Trans Am Firehawks. Also they made many wicked cars in the 50s and 60s that I would kill to own... including Bel Airs, Nomads 2 gen Vettes, first gen F-Bodys, Chevelles etc... That was just a retarded statement IMO.

I dislike most chevy's, ford's, and dodges. It is mostly for the lack of quality in the Chevy's I have owned. I figure the Ford's and Dodges are in the same boat. I bought a ragged out Sentra off a friend casue I really needed a car back when I was 19. It never let me down.

That is why I drive imports now. My Sentra, and now my Toyota. The sentra was and the Toyota still is put through hell, and they keep own going.

Dont get me wrong, I like the Cameros, Vettes, and Stang, but I dont trust domestic's any more. I do understand they are far more reliable now days than the ones I drove, but I don't think I will be going back any time soon.

I would hate to see if an H1 ran the stop light. It would of kept going and never stoped. Also the H1 would have a few scatches. I also live a few miles from the hummer plant. Nick
