override to Navigation lockouts?

Does anyone know if there is a way to override the Navigation system lockouts while the vehicle is in motion 2007 M35x

There's a nav hack out that requires some re-wiring but it can be done. Do a search on "nav hack".

As mentioned, there is a detailed thread that talks about this topic.

As always, I add my caveat. Please be careful with this mod ... it is never safe to drive while watching the screen.
