My car is overheating when I drive it. I'm trying to figure out why. I was wondering if not having a bov yet could cause this? Or could are get caught in the heatercore inlines if the lines are up to high?

bov don't do jack for your temps. Check out the usual suspects. Thermo, radiator full of coolant?, water pump, got any leaks in your coolant, how's your fan clutch?, and yeah check for bubbles?

Yes my fan is working. I think that a blow off valve could possibly cause it because the pressure in the intake has no where to go therefore putting back pressure on the turbins causing it to heat up a little. I don't think this is my problem. I have a Voltswagon Golf radiator. Thr rad is in excellent shape but the coolant channels going through the rad are very large. I think this could be my problem. I can't use the factory rad because there's a big intercooler in its place.
