Ok so I have a 91 nissan 240sx. Started overheatin so I changed fan clutch, thermostat, and water pump. Didn't help one bit cuz when I drive it over 10 miles on the freeway goin literally 60 mph it starts to get hot. Funny thing is when I get off the freeway it goes back to normal temp. And even then it sometimes tends to get a lil fever. Any suggestions on this very irritatin problem??????

This problem usually points back to air in the system. Bleed it with the front jacked up a bit. Drive it around. Bleed it again. When you're done, bleed it some more. Also, at least 1 in 5 new thermostats is defective in the box. I usually boil mine to make sure they pop. There are other common issues; people will chime in soon with more opinions. In the mean time, do a search of the site for overheating and browse to see if people with similar issues resolved their problem. Welcome to NICO!

Never done that procedure b4. How would I go about bleeding the air?

There are some pretty decent instructions at the bottom of this water-pump how-to:

Make sure you are patient when bleeding the air out. It could potentially take a little while and several attempts. There is no real time-saver way of doing it. Good luck!
