Right off the top of my head it could be a few different things ranging from easy to detect and fairly cheap to fix to take hard(er) to detect and more expensive - just what you wanted to hear I bet.
1. Radiator cap2. Hoses3. Thermostat4. Water Pump5. Slipping/damaged/worn out fan belt
Most of these are things that the dealership should have picked up pretty quick though so it might not be any of them.
Did it one day just start overheating (an indication of a single event causing the overheating, maybe a radiator or fan blockage from road debris, or even a part being broken - or did it happen gradually over time, which points more towards a failing, but not completely broken part).
If you recently changed your engine coolant there could be air trapped in a line and giving your coolant some poor circulation issues. It could also be a bad coolant mix (wrong ratio).
If you haven't already done so you should download the FSM and go through the CO section and just start going through the troubleshooting section.
I'm sure others here will chime in but it would help if you could give us some more information.
