I'm a girl and dont know much about my car...

I was driving home from work when my temp gauge went to hot. I pulled over, checked the coolant (which was full), then i let the car cool off. Once i started the car again the temp gauge was back down to normal, so i drove it home which was a couple blocks away.

For about week everything seemed fine, until i was sitting in a drive through the same thing happened again. With full coolant and oil what could be my problem?

Thanks

I had the same problem with mine. Make sure you bleed out all the air out your system. This fixed my problem. Hope this helps.

My car is also running rough on start up. Seems like there might be coolant in the combustion chamber. Let me know what you think?

I took it to a shop and they said the head could be cracked.

Thanks
