I have a 1995 240sx with a stock ka24de. I've recently had trouble with the engine overheating and had the fan clutch changed. It worked the whole way home and then the next day started overheating again...It dosen't do it all the time...it's very random.I was wondering if anyone could tell me of any other causes for this.I have no coolant leaks and my radiator is fairly new.'thanks.

thermostat... if you have obd1 system you can just take it of if its obd2 just replace it. Thats the chapest place to start a Tstat runs you like 5$ and it fairly simple to install....

those relays are for your A/C condenser fan.. wont afect anithing uless ac is on...if your car is obd1 just take of the Tstat. if its obd2 just replace it witha lower temp one you only get two choices at your part store. If you are still overheating after that........Your radiator might look new but you cant really tell whats going on inside untill you gett it checked just take it to a radiator shop. here the charge like $45 to clean it..

yeah i have a ka24e and i just had the same problem... i started with the fan clutch and then moved to the thermostate, coolant temp sensor, water pump, and after i had eventually changed the whole coolant system besides one thing...it still overheated. it turned out my radiater which was 4 months old had some how become clogged...got it rodded and it hasnt overheated since. hope this helps i know how fustrating it is being hot all the time.
