Overheating problem

My s13's temperature rises rapidly when I turn on the A/C for a while.... When I turn it off, it goes back to normal. What is wrong with it?

check if your fan runs when your A/C is on. You never know with these cars.

I replaced the stock mechanical fan and the AC fan with 2 slim fans that turn on when ignition is on.

maybe your fan is not sufficient on cooling your engine. i used a 16" fan as a puller and a 12" fan as a pusher have a KA-T and it cools it.

The fans might not be pulling enough CFMs to cool the engine.
