You should not have to re-torqued the head.... What you need to do now is check the deck, then get the head checked, milled, and align bored if needed. I wasn't being a d!ck, but this aint my first rodeo...

IF IT RUNS HOT DONT DRIVE IT GUYS!!!!!

Yea, I knew that, I'm just one of those stubborn a** people and I had a bubble that stayed on the temp sensor for about 2 days before. I thought I might have gotten lucky and it been that, but not quite. Fortunately I called it quits before I warped the head or worse, blew the motor all together.

I can tell you now that the head needs milling.

Ok, so the head was pressure tested and resurfaced. It checked out, but now I am still having overheating troubles, still no heat yet temp rises too high. Also still no heat either

current parts status:
New Thermostat
New Water pump
New Radiator
New Head gasket
Fresh fluids
and still no luck with anything. any suggestions?

damn man..I atleast have heat tho.

It could be something dealing with the heater passage. Keep bleeding perhaps. Take the Tstat out and see what happens?

Yea, I am replacing both temp sensors and lower rad hose tomorrow. I'm not thinking the sensor is bad and that gauge is wrong, but to be on the safe side, and I really hope its just the radiator hose now, next step is to take the dash out and replace the heater core as well as both hoses to it.

first of all. what thermostat and water pump are you using? your overheating should had never happened if you had OEM parts. ive seen advanced auto brand parts take a poop just like that. do it once and buy OEM nissan parts.

no such thing as a dumb question right? is intermix like coolant and oil mixed together?
