ok, here is where i am at with this, i replaced the temp gage sensor, the ecu temp sensor, the thermostat, ran it without the thermostat, flushed the system, had the radiator flow tested, checked the water pump, and this is what happens every time, i turn the car on, and for maybe 2mins the thing runs a normal temp but then the gage shoots up to hot, actually way over hot, as far as it can, the car operates fine, i have not cleared the ecu of the codes yet but i'm going home right now and i am going to do that, i am going to put the system back together and go get the temp wire tested with an ohm tester, oh and yes i have burped the system, when i pulled the gage out water came poring out with it, so i don't think that is it, the codes are a 13 and 45, it’s a 89 240sx sohc

and yes as i said befor i know this is not the right form but i just need all the help i can get
