Radiator? Coolant leak? Hoses?

Could be a ton of things. Are you losing coolant?

the hoses are fine, it was bursting out coolant a while ago from a hose but it got fixed, the radioator leaks from the bottom but not major, or enough to notice

thats exactly your problem right there. the most microscopic leak will cause your car to overheat. your car will eventualy loose pressure in the cooling system when it gets hot and will cause you to over heat, or the needle will fluctuate.

time for a new radiator

i recomend first check if there some air in the system is very common cause for over heating, if you can drain it and refill it again but with a special tool which make vacum first and then refill the system completely... you can find it in autozone or something is not expensive o go to a shop if you dont want buy it...

yeah. mine busted on me a few months ago. i never knew why i was overheating cause the crack was so small you couldnt notice it with out a dam magnifiying glass.n the coolant wouldnt apear cause it would evaporate by the time i opened the hood. i only found out by leaveing the car on and looking at the bay.

go aheand a grip you a metal radiator.

If it can let coolant out, it can also let air in. Both of which can and will cause the car to overheat.
