Overheating in friends redtop s13

Hello to all here. I have been working closely with a friend of mine who owns a coupe with a Sr motor. We recently ran into a snag where the vehicle is overheating. This just started happening in the last 2 days. We inspected the water pump, Thermostat, bled the system and yet still overheats. What seems to happen is if we disconnect the upper radiator hose nothing comes out, but when we blow on the pipe it will then start to come out of the motor. We have been scratching our heads now and don't know where to go now. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Something is clog in there. Remove the thermostat and run it, open the radiator cap and look inside and see something flotting round,it should flow like a river.
