ok engine runs good and clean for about 10 minutes the temperature gauge stays in the middle during that time then all of a sudden it just starts to overheat a friend of mine and i lifted up the hood and the cooling system for the throttle body was squirting water everywhere(out of the hose) but we can't figure out why it's overheating..called up Yuri from heavy and he said it was most likely the radiator...we checked the radiator doin random tests and it seems like it's fine.... so my other guess would be the water pump..if it's not any of those i don't know what it could be...

Could be the actual sensor... I've heard that sometimes if there's a small air bubble atached to it or something it acts really funky... That's just what i've heard... ; )

If you lost enough water through that hose then you could have air in your system causing the temp to rise. Did you refill the lost coolant?

i've refilled it a dozen times..i just ran my car for a lil bit without the water thermo and it was workin good for like 10 minutes and then it started to get hot just not overheating though..so i got it home real quick and the hose from the inlet on the radiator just pushed itself off...crazy, gettin the new koyo next week so it should be fine when that gets here...hopefully that's the problem

Your clamps may be old and or weak. When I replaced my clamps they were clearly made more than 10 years ago and designed more than 50 years ago.
