alright, of course i would have thise after i post the car was great

it ran hot while driving slow and sitting in traffic, but normal on highway or moving 40mph. then i was driving home, and the water ypass under the intake mani blow apart, i replaced it, added coolant, now at idle its normal then drive it heats up to hot, both fans seem to be working. no hissing sounds, its no eating coolant, and the odd thing is not taking coolant from the reservoir

i think it could be a tstat? i dont know , just kinda freaking out hoping not a HG

what do u think? .

Try reinstalling your t-stat, and have the front of your car jacked up to get the bubbles to bleed out quicker.

An awesome idea I saw in the KA-T forum section was to put two Asprin tablets in the t-stat to keep it propped open. After you're done bleeding, the asprin tablets will melt away and let your t-stat operate normally.

Though, I had a similar problem to yours where my engine would not take the coolant from the coolant tank, it ended up being a blown headgasket.

Check your oil to see if it looks like chocolate milk.

If it's not using up coolant, it's probably just air bubbles in your system.

My car was drinking coolant like it was made of gold or something, haha.

yea its not eating coolant, even when the waterpipe blew apart it was full of cookant i wonder if the tstat is stuck and peaced out 100% and i might not have gotten 100% of the air i know i got alot though , i bet there is alittle there, i just am stuck on tstat. lol and there is no smoke thats what gets me , normaly on a hg, it will over heat stupid fast and will over heat idling stupid fast

Yeah, just bleed the engine of coolant.Try the aspirin trick, make sure to keep the front end of your car lifted up though, like on a driveway or lifted by a jack, it helps the bubbles get out.

I'm pretty sure it's not a headgasket, just a stubborn pocket of air.

Yeah I second guess myself sometimes too.

I also get super paranoid about any noises that might be coming from my car.

Hopefully you get it fixed soon!

Good luck with the car!
